Zita has a legal background and a proven track record in operations and governance. As Head of Operations, she holds a leadership role central to delivering operational efficiency and scalable business infrastructure across our expanding portfolio. Zita plays a pivotal role in refining internal systems, streamlining workflows, and aligning day-to-day operations with the company’s strategic objectives.

Since joining SolutionsHub, Zita has steadily expanded her remit, taking on increasingly complex responsibilities in areas such as treasury, governance, and regulatory coordination. In May 2025, she was promoted to Head of Operations in recognition of her significant contributions and the critical role of operations in SolutionsHub’s continued growth.

Zita’s background in legal services informs her disciplined, process-oriented approach, while her aptitude for optimising workflows and driving cross-functional collaboration has already resulted in meaningful improvements to the company’s internal efficiency and governance capabilities. In addition to overseeing essential operational functions, she continues to play a key role in supporting clients with complex governance requirements.

Zita holds a range of industry-recognised certifications, including the Specialist Certificate in Anti-Money Laundering for Gaming from the International Compliance Association, and has studied law through CILEx Law School.
