Ireland offers a newly established and comprehensive licensing framework for gambling under the Gambling Regulation Act 2024, designed to bring clarity, consistency, and modern oversight to the sector. With the creation of the GRAI, the regime supports a wide range of operators and suppliers. Whether you are launching a consumer-facing operation, supplying regulated gambling services, or preparing an existing business for transition into the new regime, Ireland’s framework provides structured pathways to market entry within an EU-aligned regulatory environment.
