Nick is a highly respected gambling industry veteran and regulatory expert with over 20 years of experience in financial services, government, and the digital gambling sector. As Chief Operating Officer and equity partner at SolutionsHub, Nick plays a central role in delivering complex licensing projects and operational strategies businesses around the globe.

Nick’s longstanding relationship with the Isle of Man Gambling Supervision Commission (GSC) spans over 15 years, during which he has worked in, or closely alongside, the Inspectorate, CEO, and the Commission. This extensive experience provides him with valuable insight into regulatory expectations and enables him to guide clients through licensing and compliance with clarity and confidence.

Before joining SolutionsHub, Nick served as Operations Manager at the world’s first licensed blockchain gambling operator, an Ethereum lottery provider. Earlier in his career, he held roles in international banking and tax investigation. This solid foundation across financial services and regulation informs his commercially minded, compliance-conscious approach to running complex operations and navigating regulatory challenges.

Since joining SolutionsHub in 2018, Nick has overseen some of the firm’s most pioneering achievements, including securing the Isle of Man’s first decentralised sportsbook licence. He has also led successful licence applications in jurisdictions such as the UK, Tobique, Anjouan, Curaçao, and Kahnawake.

Nick holds advanced professional qualifications including a Practitioner Certificate in Data Protection and CeMAP (Advanced) and is known for his meticulous approach, problem-solving mindset, and collaborative leadership style. His efforts have been key to SolutionsHub’s growing reputation as a multi-award-winning authority in regulation, licensing, and operational excellence.
