In his role, Matthew ensures that clients' corporate structures adhere to governance requirements, particularly within the Isle of Man's robust regulatory framework. Matthew collaborates closely with compliance teams to maintain high standards of corporate governance and transparency. His responsibilities include overseeing board governance practices, managing statutory obligations, and liaising with regulatory bodies to ensure clients meet their fiduciary duties. Matthew's meticulous approach aids in fostering trust and accountability across all levels of corporate operations.

Before joining SolutionsHub, Matthew held the position of AML & Compliance Support Agent in an African focused B2C and positions in corporate services firms, where he specialized in company formations, governance frameworks, and regulatory compliance for a diverse portfolio of clients. His expertise spans across various jurisdictions, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of international corporate governance standards.

Matthew holds a BA in Business and Marketing form Sheffield Hallam University and International Ccompliance Association Specialist Certificate in Corporate Governance.
