Hayley’s career has taken her from education into financial services and ultimately into the highly specialised field of eGaming compliance. After graduating from Leeds Beckett University with a degree in Primary Education with Qualified Teacher Status, she began her career with the Isle of Man Government, working as a teacher while also gaining international experience as a Study Abroad Coordinator at the University of New South Wales in Sydney.
She transitioned into compliance in 2018, undertaking professional qualifications with the International Compliance Association (ICA), completing Diplomas in Governance, Risk and Compliance and Anti-Money Laundering.
Hayley then entered the banking sector, contributing to the development of compliance policies, regulatory monitoring, and AML frameworks. She went on to serve as MLRO for Isle of Man OGRA Licence Holders, supporting licence holders in meeting AML/CFT and governance requirements, and strengthen compliance frameworks to meet modern standards.
advising operators and corporate service providers on regulatory obligations across multiple jurisdictions and acting as a trusted advisor on AML and risk management.
Her mix of hands-on regulatory experience, strong technical qualifications, and a client-focused approach ensures that she is well-positioned to help licence holders meet modern standards and build resilient compliance cultures.
